Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
anon users cannot access cache.sqlite. expose a route or two on prod that can read out the publicly facing side of the database (or the private with some auth key) and reconstruct the db locally
