we'll use a bundler with competent DCE like esbuild or bun

lib/node.ts replace null to undefined
lib/log.ts handle null process more cleanly
lib/progress.ts dont call attachToScreen with null process
lib/log/stack.ts tree shake

work is in zlywwtpv but it depends on wvxlzynw
